Fast View System
Our “FAST VIEW SYSTEM” allows students to view their images almost instantly, which means less time spent queuing, waiting to have a look at photos, and more time to party!
Students can browse through their photos on one of our automated selection screens (subject to space) with no obligation to buy.
Outdoor Arrival Photos
We can offer optional outdoor arrival shots which are taken of the students as they arrive in their chosen mode of transport or alternatively in a nice area at the venue. This is a free additional option and images are available to purchase from our website within 24 hours after the Prom or Graduation Ball.
Please note this additional service is provided weather permitting and subject to space at the venue.

Buy Prints on the Night
(Studio set up & Print On-site)
We provide a FREE ATTENDANCE service where students can purchase photos on the night. Images are viewed on self service screens and students make the decision whether to purchase there and then.
Unlike some rival companies there is no obligation or pressure to buy photographs at any time !
8″x 6″ photographs are sold on the night from just £10 supplied in a mount & cellophane bag to ensure they arrive home safely in the condition they were bought.
All Prom images will also be available to view & purchase online within 24 hours in a password protected gallery & are available online for 12 months.
Our friendly team will hand out web address/password slips to the students and everyone that takes a photo home on the night will have a slip in the back of their cellophane packet should they wish to order extra copies.

Pre-paid Vouchers
(Studio set up & Print On-site)
Our Prepay system offers the fastest available photography and printing service allowing students to enjoy their school prom and party the night away.
SO HOW DOES IT WORK?
An agreed amount of Photo Vouchers are purchased in advance and distributed to the students upon arrival at the prom. Each student exchanges their voucher on the night for a printed photograph. Some schools like to add the cost of the photo vouchers to the Prom ticket prices so every student that attends receives a photo on the night. We can also offer additional prints on the night to anyone that wishes to purchase extra copies.
All Prom images will be also available to purchase online within 24 hours in a password protected gallery. Our friendly team will hand out web address/password slips to the students and everyone that takes a photo home on the night will have a slip in the back of their cellophane packet should they wish to order extra copies.
Service C
Buy Prints Online
(Studio set up only, Prints purchased online)
Where it is not practical to offer Print Sales on the night, due to space restrictions or Y13 students moving on later in the evening, we offer a studio only service.
Students are photographed either on arrival, with their chosen mode of transport, in natural locations (weather permitting) or inside using our mobile photo studio.
All Prom images are then made available to view & purchase online within 24 hours in a password protected gallery & are online for a period of 12 months.
Our friendly team will hand out web address/password slips to the students to ensure they can access the galleries.
