Most of our events are available to view online within 24-48 hours. You can browse through your images and purchase prints or digital downloads directly from the website.

Yes, once you have identified which image(s) you require and have the id numbers ready, we can process your order and take your payment over the phone.

Generally orders are Dispatched within 5-7 working days using your chosen delivery option, however during our peak times of the year, Summer & Christmas season, some deliveries can take up to 3 weeks.

If you require your order urgently or by a certain date, you can call our office to confirm current delivery times on 01604 466615. We do our very best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

Please Note, once orders are dispatched, Postage times may be affected by factors which Photocall Events has no control over, including incorrect delivery addresses and Post Office delivery restrictions.

Christmas 2022 Order deadlines

The last date for ordering printed photos is MIDNIGHT ON SUNDAY 11TH DECEMBER.

You can still order digital images until MIDNIGHT ON 16TH DECEMBER.

Please Note: All printed orders will be shipped promptly however we cannot guarantee delivery before christmas due to the ongoing Royal mail strike actions taking place.

When purchasing a digital download you are shown an online receipt just after check out. This receipt has a large red ‘Download’ link on it that you need to click to instantly download your purchased image.

(This is best done from a computer).

You will also receive an email containing the same receipt with the download link showing on it.

PLEASE NOTE: You must download your image within 30 days as the link will expire.

Yes you can crop in on the images, there is a tool on the gallery site that allows you to do this yourself.

You will need to find the image you require and click on it to see the enlarged view.

If you have paid for a package which includes free downloadable images you can download individual images directly to your computer, simply:

• Log in to your event
• Click on your required image
• Underneath the enlarged image, click the downwards facing arrow.

If you are experiencing any trouble trying to use the online cart please ensure your internet browser is up to date. Unfortunately the new store front is not compatible with old browsers.

Your payment will appear on your credit card or bank statement under the name Photocall Events.

If your order has not yet been dispatched then yes you can add to your original order and will only pay one delivery fee. This does however need to be done over the phone so please ensure you have your required image number(s) ready when you call. To add to your order please call 01604 466615.

Photographs may not be returned for any reason other than a damaged or faulty product.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty in any way, you must notify us within 7 days.

For damages or flaws we require photographic proof. A picture taken on a mobile phone showing the damage or flaw should be emailed to websales@photocall-events.co.uk along with your name and order number.

A refund or replacement products will then be posted back to you depending on the circumstances.
