We work closely with our clients to plan the right photographic coverage. We can take photos of pre-dinner drinks, trade stands, key speakers, groups, table shots, award presentations and roaming shots to capture the atmosphere of the occasion. For large events we can provide additional photographers to suit your needs.
We can cover Corporate Hospitality events such as team building days, with the option of on-site printing, for instant results.
We can include graphics on the prints such as your company logo or chosen text to personalize the prints, and for guests to remember the event.
Our fee for corporate events can be for attendance and supplying high resolution images taken on CD with full usage rights, or for attendance and supplying a pre-agreed quantity of printed and mounted photographs. We also provide with either of the above coverage options with a free on-line ordering system so guests can order their own prints and images from password protected galleries, normally within 48 hours of the event.
